Job Description

• Responsible for all brand’s e-commerce, marketplace & omni-channel. Brands including Dr. Martens, Steve Madden, Nine Wet, Steve Madden, Hasbro, AirWalk. • Monitoring stocks and request new allocation with Merchandiser team, co-ordinate with team on the new promotion pricing, campaign pricing and mark down pricing on a monthly basis. • information, pricing, promotion, ensuring that price changes are implemented in an accurate & timely manner. • Regularly monitoring and enrollment in campaign’s platform for all brands. • Daily order management: manage daily order for all brands and provide waybill to warehouse for same day pick & pack. • Customer services: regularly monitoring customers’ queries and answering to those queries in same day practice. • Co-ordinate with all teams for returning products and co-ordinate with team to return stock back to the system. • Key-in sales for omni-channel in company’s system. • Generate sales report for Shopee & Lazada. • Generate stock report for stock replenishment, monthly basis. • Review effectiveness of online campaigns and analyze and improving the performance of online platforms. • Support E-Commerce manager in general duties tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree. • Strong problem-solving skills. • Positive mindset, can-do attitude. • Strong interpersonal skills – capable of working closely with various different team. • Proactive, energetic and able to work under fast-paced working environment. • Organized - able to work to deadlines and under pressure. • Forward thinking and able to make improvement recommendations. • Professional in Excel program; vlookup, pivot. • Knowledge and passion for e-commerce is preferrable. • 1-2 Experience in e-commerce is preferrable.
